To direct the energy and innovation of young people toward ensuring that all community members have access to the
services, opportunities, and attention they need to pursue employment, self-suffi ciency, and personal success.
- Grew the number of advocates by 20 percent, increased the number of client meetings by 23 percent, and
increased the number of services rendered to clients by 49 percent (including increases of 27 percent and 52
percent in job and housing placements, respectively) in FY2006 compared to FY2005.

- Since its founding, National Student Partnerships (NSP) has served more than 18,000
clients and graduated more than 3,000 student advocates
into its alumni ranks. In FY2006 alone, NSP
advocates delivered 64,446 individual services (e.g.,
taxes fi led, resumes created, housing secured) to 5,046
clients through 12 full-time centers and several part-time
satellite sites in eight states, recruiting from a network of
more than 40 campus partners.
- NSP is dedicated to developing its student advocates as
leaders who will engage in a lifetime of systems change
work as alumni on behalf of low-income people. NSP’s
Alumni Association is currently preparing its fourth annual
Alumni Summit with an emphasis on advocacy and
political engagement.

In 2007, National Student Partnerships will focus on developing
its five-year growth plan. By 2012, NSP aspires to achieve
a five-fold increase in the number of advocates engaged and
clients served annually, to 2,500 and 25,000, respectively,
primarily through expansion in its existing geographies.
