New Profit makes multi-year commitments of significant financial and strategic resources to portfolio organizations. Our approach begins with an intensive selection process against rigorous criteria. Drawing on the expertise of the Monitor Group and our other partners, New Profit tailors a set of interventions designed to hone strategies, grow management teams, and increase sustainability. Our approach creates results: New Profit portfolio organizations have achieved improved quality and growth exceeding 30 percent each year while peer benchmark organizations struggled to achieve growth at all.
