2010 Annual Investor Meeting
Held on September 22, New Profit's 2010 Investor Meeting provided friends and supporters with an opportunity to engage with some of the extraordinary social entrepreneurs in our portfolio, hear inspiring stories from their program alumni, and learn about what's on the next horizon for social innovation in America. The evening’s program focused on exploring four ideas: commitment, passion, opportunity, and persistence. Vanessa Kirsch, New Profit's President and Founder, set the tone for the evening, after which guests heard from four social entrepreneurs who each spoke about how these ideas have served as a touchstone for their work.
Following these presentations, guests were able to attend an intimate discussion with a social entrepreneur, learning more about their work and their plan for deepening their impact. |
