Executive Assistant
As Executive Assistant, Dotti serves as the primary point of contact for Tripp Jones, Managing Partner. As a critical liaison between Tripp and the staff, Dotti helps maintain smooth day-to-day operations at New Profit, and her other responsibilities include working with New Profit’s external constituents and taking on special projects as needed. Dotti was drawn to New Profit because of its mission to support social entrepreneurs helping the underserved and to build and contribute to an environment that embraces social innovation.
Dotti’s two daughters have always been her passion, and over the years, she has sought to instill in them the values of community service and higher education. As a testament to the latter, Dotti herself went back to school after a 20-year lapse to obtain her MBA at Worcester Polytechnic Institute in 2004. Dotti loves the ocean and long rides along the bike trails in Rhode Island, and she is committed to incorporating exercise as part of her daily lifestyle.
